Description
- Achieve the operating profits as budgeted and ensure expenses are controlled within budget
- Actively promote CAT merchandising programs i.e. Reman Parts, Schedule Oil Sampling (SOS), Technical Analysis (TA), Mechanic Incentive Program (MIP) and other seasonal campaigns
- Plans customers calls and ensure coverage is adequate as per PAR (Required Calls Per Year)
- Coordinate on service quotations and repair with service department together with key-in daily call report into Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system in weekly basis
- Provide and share competitive market information as well as updates on changes in customer and market situation
- Review Parts Specialist Sales (PSS) debtors and ensure accounts are maintained within credit period accorded
- Responsible in maintaining all normal and doubtful accounts within stipulated credit days
