Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on B2B sales experience , especially in : Food supply, FMCG, or hospitality / catering sectors.
  • Strong network of corporate clients in relevant industries.
  • Proven sales track record in securing and growing large accounts.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience managing and building a high-performing sales team.
  • Able to work independently and thrive in a performance-driven culture.
  • Candidates with existing contacts in corporate procurement will be given top priority.

Responsibilities

  • Main Purpose of the Role To develop and grow our corporate client portfolio from the ground up, establish strong B2B partnerships, and lead a high-performing sales team to achieve aggressive revenue targets in the corporate and institutional segment.
  • Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in :
  • Hotels, Restaurants, Airline catering, Chain outlets, Schools, Universities, Factories, Government bodies, and Supermarkets.

  • Build and maintain high-trust relationships with key corporate clients and purchasing departments.
  • Create and execute sales strategies aligned with company growth goals.
  • Lead and coach the sales team, ensuring achievement of KPIs and targets.
  • Conduct market research and trend analysis to identify business potential.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (procurement, logistics, operations) to ensure smooth delivery and service excellence.
  • Manage contract negotiations, pricing proposals, and long-term agreements.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, expos, or client meetings where necessary.
  • Benefits

    Income Range : RM5,000 – RM20,000+ / month

  • Basic Salary : RM5,000
  • Commission, Incentives, Profit Sharing & Allowance : Up to RM15,000+
