The opportunity
In this role you will work along with our clients to transform their business through disruptive innovation enablement and transformational design solutions. The team supports our clients in modernizing systems, processes and products to enhance business and customer-facing platforms and services to support high performance in a rapidly changing and competitive environment.
Your key responsibilities :
- You are the day-to-day point of contact for clients and senior managers on projects. You structure and engage teams to deliver high quality outputs
- Along with senior management, you take the lead in identifying client issues and proposing the most appropriate approach for challenges that governments face
- You help develop the business and acquire new clients and engagements, including the identification and pursuit of business opportunities by forging strong client relationships
- You build and maintain long-term relationships with senior clients
- You will be involved in defining and delivering digital solutions for our clients
- You drive strategic discussions regarding business objectives and strategy KPIs
- You capture strategic objectives, vision and iterative feedback from our clients’ stakeholders
- You drive ideation, evaluation, definition and prioritization of features and use cases
- You help lead a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and user researchers to build user-centric solutions
- You represent the voice of business strategy, synthesizing quantitative and qualitative data to ensure product decisions address their needs.

A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or any other relevant disciplineYou have 5-7 years of experience in digital strategy and digital concept definition, with a clear track record of impactful, high-quality digital conceptsGood understanding / hands-on experience building applications / platformsExperience in delivering digital projects and products using the appropriate agile project management methodologyYou have conceptualized several of the following : digital service concepts, e-commerce platforms, self-service platforms, smartphone applications, chatbots, voice propositionsYou have a strong business sense and know how to translate business objectives into digital solutionsYou partner effectively with business stakeholders & solve problems. You’re comfortable and effective at framing decisions with clear and logical argumentsYou have extensive experience with design sprints and concept creation with the use of design thinking as a philosophyYou are up-to-date on digital trends, mobile development, online marketingYou have good product intuition, but reinforce decisions through a deep understanding of customer insights and analytical dataYou have experience with digital marketing and marketing automation suitesYou are experienced with an agile development process and work collaboratively with full stack product teamsYou know how to push things forward and constantly push toward clarity and successful deliveryYou have strong written and oral communication skills, with experience facilitating group discussions and animating workshops and design studio’sIdeally, you’ll also have
Skilled in all aspects of Design Thinking including user research, functional requirements definition, business process analysis, business modelling, and workshop design and facilitationWorking knowledge of the full lifecycle of software developmentExperience of working with or as part of a scrum teamDetailed knowledge of creating user stories / requirements definition / acceptance criteria using agile tools and techniquesSome prototyping / wireframing knowledge and experienceExperience of developing and documenting user stories and epicsAdvanced degrees relevant to digital delivery.What we look for
