Job Summary We are seeking a strategic, data-driven, and hands-on Senior Executive / Executive, Ecommerce to drive the growth and optimization of our online sales channels. This role will oversee day-to-day operations of our ecommerce platforms (such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and our brand website), execute performance marketing strategies, and collaborate with internal and external teams to deliver an exceptional customer journey while achieving revenue and ROI targets. Key Responsibilities Platform and Operations Management -Oversee day-to-day operations across online marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada and TikTok) for MY, ID and SG. -Ensure accurate product listings, pricing, inventory updates, and content consistency. -Coordinate with warehouse / logistics teams to monitor order fulfillment and customer service metrics. -Troubleshoot platform issues and resolve customer complaints when escalated. Sales and Campaign Strategy -Plan and execute monthly campaign calendars aligned with platform mega campaigns and marketing objectives. -Lead and work with internal and external teams with promotional planning, voucher strategy, bundling, and platform tools to maximize visibility and conversion. -Analyze product / category performance and recommend sell-through or bundling actions. -Monitor campaign KPIs (CTR, ROAS, conversion rate) and optimize ads. Analytics and Reporting -Analyze ecommerce data to track performance, sales trends, traffic sources, and customer behavior. -Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights. -Recommend strategies to increase revenue and improve AOV. Cross-Functional Collaboration -Liaise with marketing, creative, and product teams for campaign alignment and asset planning. -Collaborate with customer service teams to ensure a seamless buyer experience. -Coordinate with warehouse / logistics teams to monitor order fulfillment and customer service metrics. Requirements -Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or related field. -1 - 3 years experience in ecommerce operations, preferably in retail / FMCG / lifestyle / mom and baby categories. -Strong knowledge of local ecommerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Shopify, etc.) -Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills. -Analytical mindset with strong Excel and reporting capabilities. -Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. - No full-time experience?
