Policy Servicing Executive role with a well-established MNC based in Kuala Lumpur Your new company You’ll be working for a reputable market-leader within the Life Insurance industry who is looking for Policy Processing Executives to be based in Kuala Lumpur. Your new role This will be an entry-level position, which is ideal for fresh graduates who are looking to embark on your career with a multinational company. Job responsibilities include :

• Process Policy Service requests from policyholders in the system efficiently and accurately
• Process changes to policy terms, coverages, and members information as requested
• Maintain policy records keeping and ensure daily transactions follow the company's guidelines, service standards and quality
• Escalate and flag out cases, followed by work with the Team Leader towards resolution within service level agreement (SLA)
• Participate in UAT testing for new product launches or any adhoc project as per required
