Requirements

Skills & Knowledge

  • Proficiency in is a must .
  • Proficient in using Google Forms, Excel (formulas and basic functions), and other basic office tools.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities .
  • Excellent time management skills to handle tight deadlines effectively.

Experience

  • Previous experience in administrative roles is an advantage.
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
  • Personal Traits

  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility .
  • Open to flexible working hours , including evenings for Zoom sessions.
  • Willingness to participate in weekend events or activities when needed.
  • A proactive team player with strong communication skills .
  • Responsibilities

    Administrative Support & Quality Control

  • Perform daily administrative tasks, including data entry, documentation, and managing Google Forms.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency in all reports and records.
  • Data Management & Reporting

  • Prepare detailed and accurate reports using Excel formulas and other tools.
  • Keep all data and records updated, ensuring easy access and accuracy at all times.
  • Project Coordination

  • Track action plans to ensure progress and timely completion of tasks.
  • Collaborate with the team to prepare documentation related to all projects and activities.
  • Customer Service

  • Handle customer inquiries and provide support as needed.
  • Assist in managing communication channels to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with various teams to ensure all tasks are completed within tight deadlines.
  • Maintain effective communication to resolve issues promptly.
  • Event & Activity Support

  • Support evening Zoom sessions for courses and trainings as required.
  • If available, assist with activities or events on weekends when needed.
  • Ad-Hoc Tasks

  • Perform any other tasks assigned on an ad-hoc basis.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in handling various responsibilities.
