Senior Executive, Marketing

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing or related fields
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in marketing, brand management, or campaign execution
• Prior experience in the property development or real estate industry is an added advantage
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia
• Able to work independently, manage multiple deadlines, and coordinate cross-functional teams
• Creative, analytical, and proactive with a strong eye for detail and market trends
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, and familiarity with digital tools such as PowerPoint, Canva, Meta Ads Manager, or Google Analytics is a plus
