Job Description Develop and execute trade marketing strategies to drive brand visibility and sales growth. Plan and implement promotional campaigns aligned with business objectives. Analyze market trends, sales data, and competitor activities to identify opportunities. Collaborate with sales teams to optimize trade execution and in-store visibility. Manage trade marketing budgets and evaluate campaign effectiveness. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including retailers and distributors. Support new product launches with strategic trade marketing initiatives. Ensure marketing materials and promotions are effectively deployed at key trade channels. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Science, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in Trade Marketing, preferably in the FMCG industry. Strong business acumen with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient in MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint) for data analysis and presentations. Ability to propose innovative strategies with logical and data-driven insights. Strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and results-driven mindset. Fluent in English & Chinese (spoken and written). Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to work independently. Willing to travel (1-2 times per month, including East Malaysia).
