A well-established cybersecurity company in Malaysia is looking for a Commercial Executive!

Your new role

Review and analyse client’s business requirements with relevant departments

Prepare a quotation upon analysing business requirements.

Prepare commercial proposal for tender and RFQ (Request for Quotation).

Prepare invoices according to schedule upon engagement with clients.

Monitor and follow up on clients’ Purchase Order (PO), payment and collections.

Prepare and review standard service agreements.

Coordinate commercial efforts between clients, partners and internal departments.

Register and maintain customer records in the system.

Assist in continuous improvements in commercial processes and controls where applicable.

Assist in developing and carrying out efficient documentation and relevant commercial administration tasks.

Follow up on potential clients and business opportunities.

What you'll need to succeed

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administrative, Marketing, IT, Communication or related courses.

1 to 3 years of experience in Business Administrative, Sales, or related field.

Experience in pricing strategies, implementing / setting new prices and / or adjusting prices. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Good communication and written skills.

Able to work independently as well as in a team in a fast-paced and multitasking environment

Good time management, planning and organisational skills to meet goals and set priorities.

Self-motivated and self-directed, able to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
