Warehouse Executive

RESPONSIBILITIES :   -To plan and ensure warehouse operations smoothly. -Ensure the safe and correct receipt, storage, retrieval and timely dispatch of goods. -Identify all areas of improvement and maximize productivity. -Prepare and manage the logistics system to optimize time management. -To manage and implement smooth warehouse operations incoming and outgoing system through visual physical inspection, computerization and administration and retrieval systems.(ERP System) -To implement and maintain complete detailed warehouse finished goods or non-finished goods products identification such as FIFO control, inventory, location by implementing daily stock count -To implement 5S activities - safety and health, cleanliness, and security requirements are met in the warehouse at all times -Liaised with the sales, production, shipping / Purchasing and QA / QC department on all issues pertaining to the processing of sales orders, packing, food safety and quality and to ensure on time lorry / tanker / container delivery to customer. -Having skills in forklift driving including forklift maintenance and recording is an advantage. -Responsible in preparation of weekly report, monthly report and management report. • Possess certificate / Diploma / Degree in Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management or Logistics. -Minimum 3 years of work experience in manufacturing industry. -Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia. -Able to work independently and work under pressure. -Must be proactive and resourceful. -Knowledge of SQL will be an advantage. -Able to perform shift work.
