Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Development, Marketing or any related field
  • At least 3 to 5 years of proven experience as Sales Team Leader or in Finance and Sales related industry
  • Excellent oral and writing skills in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Outstanding Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional Problem-solving and Critical Thinking skills
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and able to handle multiple projects concurrently
  • Ability to take initiatives and make quick decisions under pressure

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate and assist managers in sales strategy development and implementation
  • Keep informed of the new products and services
  • Train and coach the sales team to enhance their performance
  • Delegate tasks and set deadlines to ensure team productivity
  • Control and improve sales team efficiency to the optimum level
  • Motivate and inspire the sales team to successfully achieve and exceed targets
  • Manage day to day activities and tasks of the sales department to ensure smooth operation
  • Handling customer complaints and queries when needed to guarantee positive customer experience
