Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Development, Marketing or any related field
At least 3 to 5 years of proven experience as Sales Team Leader or in Finance and Sales related industry
Excellent oral and writing skills in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia
Outstanding Communication and Interpersonal skills
Exceptional Problem-solving and Critical Thinking skills
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and able to handle multiple projects concurrently
Ability to take initiatives and make quick decisions under pressure

Responsibilities

Collaborate and assist managers in sales strategy development and implementation

Keep informed of the new products and services

Train and coach the sales team to enhance their performance

Delegate tasks and set deadlines to ensure team productivity

Control and improve sales team efficiency to the optimum level

Motivate and inspire the sales team to successfully achieve and exceed targets

Manage day to day activities and tasks of the sales department to ensure smooth operation

Handling customer complaints and queries when needed to guarantee positive customer experience
