Our team in Shah Alam currently has an opening for a Warehouse Administrative Assistant
YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate the execution of pick list, delivery order and delivery on time.
- Maintain efficient and proper filling activities system to ensure all relevant documents are kept updated and comply with ISO management system.
- Monitory closely on third party warehouse, transportation and delivery costs.
- Print GHS label, SDS and others when required.
- Prepare monthly transport tonnage claim.
- Raise non-trade PR and convert to PO for packaging materials, warehousing repairs and maintenance related activities.
- Perform goods receipt for trade materials.
- To perform any other work related duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the superior from time to time.
- Adhere to product stewardship procedures, applicable local regulatory, and environmental health and safety requirements.
YOUR PROFILE
Education : Degree / Diploma in Supply Chain / Inventory / Business Administration or equivalent.
Preferably 1-3 years of professional experience in supply chain, logistics, warehousing or inventory management in a company.
Knowledge of SAP.
