Penerangan pekerjaanCandidate must possess at least a Degree in Marketing / Diploma in Engineering. May consider for candidate with or without Engineering background. Preferably from electrical firm, M&E consultancy group, M&E firm with sales or project experience. Required language(s) : Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin. 3-5 years of working experience in Lift industry is much preferred. Must be willing to travel outstation. Able to work independently.
Job Responsibilities :
- Conduct analysis on market trends / needs.
- Gather information on competitor pricing / product quality.
- Prepare price estimation.
- Established new accounts and services accounts by identifying potential customers; planning and organizing sales call schedule.
- Provide product, service to future customer quotation or prospects.
- Product presentation to consultants, architects and clients.
- Develop and maintain rapport on current approach / strategy.
- Attend tender interview, proposal and price review.
- Liaise with M&E consultants, architects and clients.
- Assist consultants on car design, dimensions and car construction.
- Maintain accurate reports and records including activity, closings, follow-up and adherence to goals and customer sales activity.
