Global Marketing & Social Media Coordinator

Role Overview : We are seeking a creative thinker passionate about social media, marketing, and lead generation. The Global Marketing & Social Media Coordinator will oversee, strategize, plan, execute, and grow our global competitions for high-school students. This role involves managing different projects, overseeing online events, generating leads, leading marketing campaigns for the Global Business Development Team.

About Crimson’s Global BD Team : We host a number of online events, programs, competitions like case competition, essay competition, debate competition, MUNS in partnership with YMUN & HMUN, etc with the goal of lead generation, brand awareness, and ensuring Crimson is the leading ed-tech consultancy for college admissions worldwide.

Key Responsibilities :

• Supporting the development of Crimson Global BD Team’s Marketing strategy with a focus on increasing lead generation and conversion.
• Launching and managing thriving student communities across key social media platforms like TikTok and LinkedIn for engagement, growth, and lead generation.
• Creating, editing, and managing high-quality content - text copy, graphic images, videos – in English for Social Media, Website Landing Pages, Email Marketing Campaigns
• Sharing community insights, user-generated content, and feedback with internal teams to help shape product, content, and support decisions.
• Lead end-to-end planning, execution and optimisation of global marketing, digital and growth campaigns.
• Generating event marketing ideas and owning marketing initiatives and automation to drive quality leads.
• Implement effective paid digital advertising strategies to attract qualified prospects with cost-effective strategies across Tiktok & Instagram
