Video Editor / Animator

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor / Animator to join our team. This role is responsible for editing compelling video content and creating dynamic animations that support our brand, marketing campaigns, and storytelling efforts. The ideal candidate is a visual storyteller with strong technical skills in post-production and a deep understanding of motion graphics. Key Responsibilities Video Editing -Edit raw footage into polished and engaging video content for social media, advertising, website, and internal use.   -Enhance videos with music, graphics, transitions, sound effects, and color grading.   -Maintain logical sequencing, pacing, and continuity of scenes.   Animation and Motion Graphics -Design and animate 2D / 3D motion graphics to enhance video projects.   -Create intro / outro animations, lower thirds, typographic treatments, and visual effects.   -Develop animated explainers, infographics, logo stings, and social media reels.   Collaboration and Workflow -Collaborate with creative directors, content strategists, copywriters, and designers to understand project goals and deliver content aligned with brand objectives.   -Manage and organize project files, assets, and revisions.   -Follow post-production workflows and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Required Skills and Tools -CapCut : Expert-level knowledge for mobile-first, quick-edit formats.   -Adobe After Effects : Strong skills in animation, keyframing, expressions, and motion design.   -Additional familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator is a plus.   -Understanding of aspect ratios, export formats, and compression for digital and social media platforms.   Qualifications -1+ years of professional experience in video editing and motion design.   -A portfolio or showreel showcasing CapCut and After Effects projects (especially short-form content).   -Ability to adapt to evolving trends and platform aesthetics.   -Strong attention to detail and visual composition.  Bonus Skills -Experience with 3D tools (e.g., Blender) or sound design.   -Ability to shoot or direct video production is a plus. Soft Skills -Excellent time management and attention to detail.   -Creative thinking and ability to conceptualize visuals from abstract ideas.   -Ability to accept and incorporate feedback gracefully.
