Job Requirements : -Proven experience as a videographer and video editor, preferably in content creation for TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube. -Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools. -Skilled in camera operation, lighting setup, and audio recording to ensure professional-grade footage -Strong sense of visual storytelling, framing, and pacing, especially for short-form videos. -Experience in producing content for social media platforms with an understanding of formats, specs, and trends -Ability to work with creative teams to develop storyboards, scripts, and concepts that align with brand identity. -Up-to-date knowledge of social media trends, viral video styles, and content engagement strategies. -Able to multitask and manage timelines, with good organizational skills in handling raw footage and edits. -Detail-oriented with the ability to deliver high-quality videos under tight deadlines. -Willing to learn and support in posting content on platforms when needed. -Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset. -Ability to take feedback constructively and continuously improve content quality. -Disciplined and accountable in submitting daily reports and content logs. -Basic motion graphics or animation skills are an added advantage. -Possess own camera and editing equipment is a plus (optional depending on company setup)
