Key Responsibilities :
The IT Partner – Technical Delivery, Digital Experience is a senior‑level leader responsible for the technical strategy, implementation, and continuous enhancement of our global digital experience platforms—spanning web, mobile, and orchestration layers that drive marketing, fundraising, supporter engagement, program visibility, and service delivery. The role ensures scalable, secure, AI‑ready, and integrated digital experiences that align with enterprise goals for agility, personalization, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate combines deep technical knowledge, global platform management acumen, agile delivery expertise, and a passion for user‑centric design enhanced by emerging AI / ML capabilities.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES :
Digital platform strategy & architecture
- Develop and maintain technical strategies and architectural standards for global digital platforms, including web, mobile, and experience orchestration layers.
- Ensure platform designs support localization and global‑local feature parity while preserving brand and UX consistency.
- Promote composable, API‑first architectures leveraging headless CMS, micro‑frontends, and cloud‑native services.
Global digital-first experience platform
Own the global Digital Experience Platform (DXP) roadmap—unifying SO requirements, release cycles, and governance for a unified supporter experience.Define and manage the experience layer (personalization, experimentation) to deliver seamless, device‑agnostic journeys at scale.Establish performance benchmarks and SLAs for all markets, driving continuous optimization and experience parity.Technical Delivery Leadership
Lead distributed, cross‑functional agile teams through planning, development, testing, and release cycles.Execute platform upgrades, feature roll‑outs, and modernization initiatives aligned with quarterly OKRs.Champion DevSecOps, automated testing, and infrastructure‑as‑code practices for faster, reliable releases.Integration & experience orchestration
Enable frictionless interoperability across CMS, CRM, CDP, analytics, marketing automation, and personalization stacks.Implement experience orchestration tools / services to deliver dynamic, contextual experiences powered by real‑time data.Drive an API‑first, data‑driven, and modular integration approach that supports rapid experimentation and A / B testing.AI / ML & emerging tech enablement
Integrate AI / ML models and predictive analytics to enhance personalization, content recommendations, and supporter journey optimization.Collaborate with data and marketing automation teams to embed next‑best‑action logic and generative AI content tools across channels.Continuously evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., edge AI, LLMs, augmented reality, voice interfaces) and recommend proofs‑of‑concept that improve digital engagement.Platform performance & operations
Ensure availability, scalability, and security of platforms through proactive monitoring and DevOps practices.Lead root‑cause analysis and resolution of incidents; drive post‑mortems and preventative action plans.Optimize hosting infrastructure and content delivery via CDN, caching, and edge‑computing strategies.Governance, accessibility & compliance
Establish and enforce governance frameworks for accessibility (WCAG), brand consistency, data privacy, and security.Ensure compliance with global regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and organizational policies.Implement continuous auditing, quality assurance, and improvement processes.Stakeholder & vendor management
Engage product owners, designers, content teams, and regional business units to align delivery with goals and feedback.Evaluate, select, and manage vendors for platform delivery, cloud hosting, AI / ML tooling, and UX design.Track KPIs, OKRs, and platform adoption metrics to guide prioritization and investment.Qualifications & Experience :
10+ years in digital technology or enterprise IT, with 5+ years leading global digital platform delivery.Proven success managing Digital Experience Platforms (Adobe, Sitecore, Optimizely, Acquia) across multiple regions.Hands‑on knowledge of headless CMS, front‑end frameworks, cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP), and CI / CD pipelines.Experience integrating CRM, CDP, marketing automation, analytics, and personalization engines.Strong background in AI / ML applications, predictive analytics, and marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).Demonstrated expertise with API‑first, microservices, and composable platform strategies.Track record of leading distributed agile teams and delivering large‑scale digital programs on time and budget.Exceptional leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.Preferred Competencies :
Familiarity with emerging experience layer technologies (edge personalization, real‑time streaming, Web‑SDKs).Experience with experimentation platforms (Optimizely, Adobe Target, Google Optimize) and A / B testing at scale.Exposure to non‑profit, humanitarian, or donor engagement platforms and unique global‑local challenges.Working knowledge of accessibility standards, SEO, Core Web Vitals, and performance optimization best practices.Success Indicators :
