Your new role
As a Business Development Executive , you will be responsible for the following :
- Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities and implementing strategies to capture new clients.
- Approach potential clients to present services and solutions, and build strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Collaborate with senior management to set business development goals, create action plans, and achieve sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations and proposals tailored to client needs, and negotiate contracts to secure new deals.
- Conduct market analysis to stay informed of industry trends and competitor activities, using insights to refine strategies.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and facilitate communication between clients and project teams to ensure project success.
What you'll need to succeed
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.Demonstrated experience in business development or sales, preferably within the logistics and / or renovations industry.Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain effective client relationships.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite; fluent in English and MalayWhat you'll get in return
