We are seeking a skilled and experienced Network Engineer who is bilingual in Japanese and English to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network design, implementation, and troubleshooting, along with excellent communication skills to collaborate with international teams.

What You'll Do :

Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure

Troubleshoot and resolve network issues efficiently

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal network performance

Monitor network performance and provide recommendations for improvements

Document all network configurations and changes

Provide technical support and training to staff as needed

What We’re Looking For :

5+ years of experience in network engineering or related field

Proficiency in networking protocols such as TCP / IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Japanese and English

Relevant certifications (CCNA, CCNP or equivalent) preferred
