Requirements

3 years working experience in cooking or private kitchen environment is preferred.
Candidates must possess at least SPM
Able to speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
Commitment to quality.
Able to work independently.
Possess own transport and work location at Bangsar.
Working hours : 10am – 8pm, Monday to Friday. Occasionally OT before / after working hour / OT on Saturday / Sunday / Public Holiday might be required.

Responsibilities

Prepare, cook and present high quality meals for a family.

Source and purchase food ingredients.

Manage kitchen operations, budgets and purchasing effectively.

Maintain good food hygiene practice & food safety standard.

Design and propose menu to Director.
