Related Technical Certification, with at least 3 years relevant experience Able to work under stress and irregular hours May require to be at customer site assignment (scheduled days of the week) Degree in IT or relevant field. Minimum three (3) years to five (5) years of IT experience, with three (3) years of server, storage &backup infrastructure deployment, troubleshooting or administration experience. Equipped with Microsoft / AWS Cloud Certification Experienced infrastructure project implementation & troubleshooting Linux skills and certification is advantageous
Job Description
System Engineer – L2
Working 9AM to 6PM SGT (Mon to Fri). Holidays as per Singapore
Role and Responsibilities
- Staff should have experience in server and storage Hardware design and deployment. Implementation skills starting from racking, cabling, start-up, OS installation, patching. This applies for any server brand and model. Troubleshooting skills for post setup.
- Knowledge in Software deployment and patch management procedures including server patching with virtualization
- Knowledge in RMM tools to manage customers servers & other IT infra
- Experienced in enterprise backup software implementation, starting from infra design, installation, and configuration.
- Experienced in virtualization platform like VMWare & HyperV & others
- Vendor management and project handling skills
