About the Department
UOB Innovation Hub 2 (InnoHub2) is a UOB-wholly owned subsidiary and a Centre of Excellence based in Malaysia, providing Group Business Services (GBS) to support the UOB Group. Started in 2021 with technology application design, development and support, InnoHub2 is expanding beyond technology services to deliver other business services to support the Bank’s growth ambition. We are looking for talented and motivated individuals to be part of the pioneer team spearheading the development and delivery of the new services.

Job Responsibilities
- Support Head of Operations to plan and execute cross functions initiatives, operations dashboard, management reporting.
- Establish and maintain monthly dashboard for operation, risk and governance and management reporting.
- Ensure operation and risk metrics are managed and drive to close the gaps if any.
- Developing operational plans, monitoring progress, identifying bottlenecks, implementing improvements, and ensuring efficient resource allocations.
- Collaborate across the functions to streamline operations, process improvement, and enhance productivity.
- Stakeholder management for change and new implementations.
- Collecting data and perform analysis for management discussion and decision making.
- Lead / Focal for operations in risk program and internal audit.
- Lead / Focal for operations in project and initiative.
- Assist in objective setting for Operations to align with company / group strategy.
- Engage and manage external vendors for operation requirements and deliverables.
Job Requirements
Minimum bachelor’s degree in business administration / finance / commerce / economicMinimum 8-10 years of following working experience :Experience in a range of planning and control roles in corporate functions – finance / procurement / IT / FacilityExperience in collaboration with senior management across the functions in planning, coordination, and implementationsExperience in risk, people and project management will be an added advantage.Strategic thinking, planning and creative problem-solving skills.Able to process & analyse data & information and develops recommendations, moving them through to implementation through his own action or actions of othersAbility to manage concurrent initiatives & prioritize work according to strategic goalsAbility to make decisions & solve problems while working under pressureStrong control mindset & understanding of relevant accounting practices
