Internship - Transformation program Objective
To support the transformation program by assessing the current organizational culture, identifying change readiness gaps, and contributing to the design and execution of a people-centered change management roadmap aligned with agile, DevOps, and digital transformation initiatives.
Scope of Work
1. Organizational Culture Assessment
- Conduct interviews or surveys to understand current perceptions around collaboration, innovation, agility, and change receptiveness.
- Analyze results to identify cultural strengths and resistance points.
2. Change Readiness Analysis
Assess the state of change adoption across different teams.Identify key change personas such as champions, resistors, and passive supporters.3. Change Management Roadmap Drafting
Collaborate on drafting a roadmap that aligns with major transformation milestones (, agile rollout, cloud enablement).Include plannedmunication, training, engagement, and reinforcement activities.4. Stakeholder &munication Mapping
Support creation of a stakeholder engagement map using tools such as RACI or influence matrix.Draftmunication messages or templates for transformation initiatives.5. Culture & Engagement Initiatives
Propose and help execute small-scale culture campaigns such as recognition programs, town halls, or agile mindset posters.Track employee participation and collect feedback for evaluation.Expected Deliverables
