• Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma / degree in Event Management, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field -Strong interest in education virtual events, online training, or project coordination -Good written and verbal communication skills (English and / or Mandarin preferred) -Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and basic tech tools (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.) -Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving -Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment -Willing to learn, adapt, and take initiative -Leadership or team coordination experience (even in school projects) is a plus
