  • Design marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, advertisements, and social media content. -Create festive templates, GIFs, and short videos for social media posts. -Design visual assets for company events (banners, backdrops, presentation templates). -Develop a monthly “Top Sales Performance” template. -Assist agents with custom advertisements and promotional videos. -Design branded merchandise (e.g., t-shirts, company swag). -Collaborate with the marketing team on cohesive brand strategies. -Maintain and update design templates and brand guidelines.   • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. -Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. -Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, Premiere Pro, and CapCut.. -Strong grasp of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout. - Female candidate only, due to role-specific team requirements  -Effective communication skills in Mandarin (spoken and written) . -Design marketing posters, social media content, and promotional materials — primarily in Mandarin, tailored to our core audience.  -Ability to manage time and meet deadlines. -Creative mindset with a sharp eye for detail and storytelling.
