Responsibilities
- Onsite or remote machine installation and troubleshooting of technical issues.
- Spare parts handling.
- Machine manuals and documentation.
- New project trials, handling customer requirements, and preparing DFM for the factory.
- Project schedule follow-up.
- Willingness to work overtime to support customers worldwide across different zones.
