Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Administration or Business Management.

2+ years in administration, with exposure to real estate / logistics workflows.
Proficient in Malaysian government procedures with independent liaison capabilities.
Office软件及档案管理系统;
Skilled in Office suites and document management systems.
Fluency in both English and Chinese (written and spoken).
Detail-oriented with strong multitasking and cross-departmental coordination skills.
Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities
Manage company documents, licenses, and certifications, including archiving, custody, and regular updates.
Oversee company assets, including equipment registration, maintenance, and inventory audits.
Liaise with government agencies for administrative procedures (e.g., license renewal, project filings).
Coordinate logistics (utilities, property fees) and vendor management for office operations.
Ensure administrative compliance with local regulations and real estate industry standards.

Working hours : Monday to Friday, 9 : 00 AM - 6 : 00 PM(5-day system)
