Responsibilities
Responds to all customer enquiries, explain the company's products to customers and assist customers in placing orders.Deal with all enquiries regarding resort packages via the sales team, email, phone calls, and WhatsApp.Attract potential customers by answering questions about products and services and suggesting information about other products and services.Check room and hall availability and reserve dates as requested by the client via the Resort's booking systems.Prepare quotations for individual, church, corporate and banquet events.Issue pro forma invoices for order confirmationFollows up on deposit payments and full balance paymentsRespond to client complaints or feedback, discuss with your supervisor for more details, and assist your supervisor in arranging a post-mortem meeting whenever required.Liaise with clients to obtain feedback after their stay / event and identify opportunities to cross-sell or up-sell our services.Liaise with the marketing, hotel operations and sales teams to ensure customer orders are correctly booked and services are successfully delivered.Carry out other duties as assigned by your managerBenefits
