Senior Event Executive (Client Servicing & Project Leadership)

We are looking for a Senior Event Executive who can bridge the gap between client servicing and event execution. This role requires someone with strong communication skills to understand client needs, manage expectations, and ensure seamless event delivery. In addition to managing production, you will lead event planning, oversee execution, and drive high-impact experiences for our clients. -Act as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their objectives and translating them into actionable event plans. -Develop event concepts and proposals tailored to client needs. -Oversee and lead the backend production, ensuring all logistical elements align with the overall event vision. -Manage budgets, timelines, and deliverables while ensuring events stay on track. -Work closely with internal teams, vendors, and partners to execute seamless events. -Work closely with internal teams to ensure all event elements (signage, branding, equipment, etc.) are in place and meet required specifications. -Handle event setup, breakdown, and on-site troubleshooting to ensure smooth execution. -Conduct venue inspections, supplier meetings, and ensure all elements meet quality expectations. -Troubleshoot on-site issues and manage crisis situations effectively. -Lead post-event evaluations and reporting to identify improvements for future events. • 3-4 years of experience in event management, client servicing, or project management. -Strong interpersonal and communication skills to manage client relationships. -Experience in managing large-scale events from concept to execution. -Ability to work under pressure and adapt to last-minute changes. -Strong leadership skills to guide junior team members and vendors. -Understanding of event production, logistics, and creative execution. -Proficiency in Google slides, sheets and the relevant applications needed. -Availability to work evenings and weekends when necessary.
