Requirements

  • 2-5+ years of experience in digital marketing, specifically in user acquisition or performance marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with major advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads).
  • Proficiency with analytics tools including Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Amplitude.
  • Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills for data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and generate actionable insights.
  • SQL knowledge or experience with data analysis tools preferred
  • Deep understanding of performance marketing fundamentals : funnel optimization, cohort analysis, LTV / CAC ratios, and attribution modeling.
  • Experience with A / B testing methodologies and statistical analysis.
  • Creative mindset with experience developing ad concepts and collaborating with design teams.
  • Knowledge of conversion rate optimization and landing page best practices
  • Understanding of audience segmentation and targeting strategies
  • Familiarity with platform compliance requirements and best practices
  • Strong project management and communication skills
  • Adaptable and results-oriented with keen attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive user acquisition strategies, including audience targeting, channel selection, and budget allocation
  • Launch and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (CPA, LTV, conversion rates, ROAS)
  • Use analytics tools to track campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities
  • Test and optimize acquisition channels, including paid social, SEM, influencer partnerships, and content marketing
  • Continuously experiment with creative assets, messaging, and targeting to improve conversion rates and reduce acquisition costs
  • Collaborate with product, design, and data teams to ensure seamless user experience and alignment with business goals
  • Prepare regular performance reports and present findings to stakeholders
