Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 1–3 years of working experience (or strong internship experience)
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Excel and basic office software
  • Familiarity with SQL Accounting Software is an added bonus (not required)
  • Good attention to detail and willing to double-check your work
  • Able to follow clear procedures and deadlines
  • Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English (both written and spoken)

Experience in the F&B or hospitality industry is a strong advantage!

We’re a well-established company in the F&B and hospitality industry seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Admin cum Accounts Executive to support our finance and administrative operations.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys structured tasks, is skilled with numbers, and wants to build real experience in accounting and office administration, with proper support and clear responsibilities.

What You’ll Do

Administrative Tasks

  • Handle general office tasks like filing, scanning, document sorting, and inventory coordination
  • Keep accounting documents and records organized and up to date
  • Assist with stock take processes
  • Accounts Payable (AP)

  • Monitor daily cash flow and maintain cash book records
  • Prepare basic Purchase Orders (POs) when needed
  • Handle petty cash reimbursements and simple claims
  • Assist in invoice data entry using SQL MyInvois
  • Help prepare payments to suppliers and reconcile bank records
  • Register and coordinate with suppliers for e-invoicing
  • Accounts Receivable (AR)

  • Match and verify daily sales from the POS system
  • Reconcile credit card payments and receipts
  • Liaise with our restaurant team to check on customer payments or overcharges
  • Process simple customer refunds
  • Support the month-end closing process by ensuring all items are properly recorded
  • General Support

  • Assist the finance team in day-to-day matters
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by your supervisor
