Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 1–3 years of working experience (or strong internship experience)
- Comfortable with Microsoft Excel and basic office software
- Familiarity with SQL Accounting Software is an added bonus (not required)
- Good attention to detail and willing to double-check your work
- Able to follow clear procedures and deadlines
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English (both written and spoken)
Experience in the F&B or hospitality industry is a strong advantage!

What You’ll Do
Administrative Tasks
Handle general office tasks like filing, scanning, document sorting, and inventory coordinationKeep accounting documents and records organized and up to dateAssist with stock take processesAccounts Payable (AP)
Monitor daily cash flow and maintain cash book recordsPrepare basic Purchase Orders (POs) when neededHandle petty cash reimbursements and simple claimsAssist in invoice data entry using SQL MyInvoisHelp prepare payments to suppliers and reconcile bank recordsRegister and coordinate with suppliers for e-invoicingAccounts Receivable (AR)
Match and verify daily sales from the POS systemReconcile credit card payments and receiptsLiaise with our restaurant team to check on customer payments or overchargesProcess simple customer refundsSupport the month-end closing process by ensuring all items are properly recordedGeneral Support
Assist the finance team in day-to-day mattersPerform any other tasks assigned by your supervisorBenefits
