Requirements
- Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Entry-level position; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in basic accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.
- Strong administrative skills, including record-keeping and data entry.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (both written and verbal).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office & computer systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
Input phone trade-in submissions into the systemSubmit PWP (Purchase-with-Purchase) claim formsIssue and verify sales invoicesVerify and reconcile payments from online platforms (Shopee, Lazada) against sales records.Assist in E-Invoicing related documentationsPerform regular stock counts and reconcile discrepanciesMaintain accurate inventory records and stock movementsSupport day-to-day administrative and operational dutiesBenefits
