Requirements

  • Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Entry-level position; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficiency in basic accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.
  • Strong administrative skills, including record-keeping and data entry.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (both written and verbal).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office & computer systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Input phone trade-in submissions into the system
  • Submit PWP (Purchase-with-Purchase) claim forms
  • Issue and verify sales invoices
  • Verify and reconcile payments from online platforms (Shopee, Lazada) against sales records.
  • Assist in E-Invoicing related documentations
  • Perform regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and stock movements
  • Support day-to-day administrative and operational duties
