Job descriptionInput phone trade-in submissions into the system Submit PWP (Purchase-with-Purchase) claim forms Issue and verify sales invoices Verify and reconcile payments from online platforms (Shopee, Lazada) against sales records. Assist in E-Invoicing related documentations Perform regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies Maintain accurate inventory records and stock movements Support day-to-day administrative and operational duties Annual Leave Medical Leave SOCSO, EIS Company Activities
Requirements
- Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Entry-level position; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in basic accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.
- Strong administrative skills, including record-keeping and data entry.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (both written and verbal).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office & computer systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
