Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Prior experience as a Personal Assistant, Secretary, or Administrative Executive is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask under pressure.
- Able to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Willing to travel or work flexible hours when necessary.
- 5 working days, Saturday and Sunday when needed.
- Office based on : Bukit Jalil
Responsibilities
Manage the Director’s calendar, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.Coordinate and organize internal and external meetings.Handle correspondence, emails, and prepare reports, presentations, and meeting documents.Provide administrative support including data entry, filing, and meeting minutes.Liaise with internal teams, clients, and vendors.Assist in the planning and execution of events and projects.Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.Conduct research and compile data as needed for reports or decision-making.Perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Director.Benefits
