Previous roles at multinational payment processors, payment facilitators, or fintech companies are highly preferred. Product Management : At least 6 years in a product management role or a similar position. Strategic Thinker : Ability to think strategically and translate business goals into a coherent product strategy. Communication Skills : Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Capable of explaining complex concepts and influencing both technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively. Adaptability : Quickly adapt to changes and consistently seek improvement opportunities. About the Job
- Market Analysis & Payment Trends : Stay updated on the latest developments and trends in the payments industry and closely monitor competitor offerings and emerging technologies. Share your findings with the Executive Team and internal stakeholders.
- Product Strategy : Convert insights and trends into product strategies and opportunities. Ensure the product roadmap aligns with our business goals and market demands.
- Cross-Functional Internal Collaboration : Collaborate closely with the Executive Team, engineering, operations, growth, risk, and compliance teams to gather input and guidance for successfully implementing the product strategy and roadmap.
- External Stakeholder Engagement : Develop strong relationships with external stakeholders, including customers and key industry partners. Evaluate feedback and turn insights into practical product enhancements.
