Associate Analyst, Finance Planning

We are excited to offer an opportunity as an Associate Analyst to become an integral part of our Global Operations & Technology Central Finance Analytics team. This role is pivotal in our mission to automate and enhance analytics across the company, fostering a culture of innovation and efficiency.

Job Responsibilities :

Develop and maintain backend scripts to support financial data processing and analysis.
Design and implement user-friendly front-end interfaces for internal financial tools and applications.
Work in partnership with finance team members to identify automation opportunities and implement solutions.
Contribute to the development of advanced analytics that provide actionable insights for both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
Ensure the reliability and performance of all developed systems and tools.
Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices in backend and front-end development.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related field.

1-2 years of experience working in an industrial or manufacturing environment is a plus.

Strong understanding of backend development concepts and front-end design principles.

A proactive mindset focused on identifying and implementing process improvements.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, and the ability to quickly learn new languages.

Familiarity with Excel, QlikView, PowerBI, Tableau, or other data analysis tools is a plus.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges in a fast-paced setting.
