Responsibilities :
- Translating brand & marketing strategy into plans and go-to-market strategy.
- To manage end-to-end digital platform projects (Web, App & Chatbot) includes understanding project requirement from user, project planning and UAT
- Assistance in front-end development of applications, features, and internal functions on Web, App and Chatbot.
- Liaise with Digital UI team, creative team and other support team on project implementation (mock ups / visuals / copywriting) for digital platforms deliverables
- Provide project updates on a consistent basis to business units
- Train the chatbot to understand and respond to customer inquiry
- Analyze chatbot conversation to identify area for improvement and re-train the bot
- Prepare proposals, reports, letters and other paperwork. Analyzing, interpreting and preparing reporting metrics to measure the success of branding initiatives.
- Able to manage multiple projects or tasks simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful delivery
