Business Developer (Onshore)

What's the Role?

The Onshore Business Developer is responsible for identifying and developing business opportunities within Malaysia’s Onshore Oil & Gas construction sector. The role requires forging long-term relationships with Owners, Operators, EPCs, and Contractors, ensuring the company is well-positioned to provide solutions from early project stages to execution and MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations).

What does the role involve?

• Business Development : Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s footprint in Malaysia’s onshore Oil & Gas market.
• Customer Engagement : Establish and maintain strong relationships with Owners, Operators, EPCs, and contractors to understand their needs and project requirements.
• Strategic Sales Approach : Develop and implement sales strategies that align with industry trends, market demands, and company objectives.
• Project Management : Track major projects from early design stages to procurement and execution, ensuring the company is well-positioned to supply solutions.
• Technical Consultation : Provide technical and commercial support, collaborating with internal teams to deliver solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Market Intelligence : Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments to identify risks and opportunities.
• Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams, including sales, engineering, and marketing, to ensure seamless execution of business strategies.
