Requirements
- Possess a relevant technical qualification (e.g. biomedical, electrical, mechanical).
- Familiarity with Malaysian and international business practices.
- Proficient in English; fluency in Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia is preferred. German language skills are a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and comfortable with social media and online marketing.
- Willingness to travel regionally and internationally.
Responsibilities
Provide technical support to distribution partners and end-users.Oversee installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of MELAG appliances.Conduct technical training for dealers (both online and in-person).Support sales and marketing activities, including trade shows, events, and product demonstrations.Travel regularly across Malaysia, ASEAN countries, and occasionally Korea and Japan.Report to the MELAG Academy in Malaysia and collaborate closely with the head office in Berlin.Perform in-depth market analysis and identify growth opportunities.Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and business partners.Take ownership of sales turnover and drive business growth in the region.Benefits
