Requirements

We are Singapore’s No.1 Health Supplement Brand , established since 2007, committed to delivering high-quality nutritional products to support everyday wellness. We are looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Key Account Manager to manage and grow our business within the pharmacy retail channel . This role involves driving sales performance, coordinating trade promotions, managing listings, and strengthening relationships with key retail partners in the health and wellness space.

The ideal candidate has prior experience in health supplements or FMCG , and is comfortable working across multiple departments to ensure smooth commercial execution.

Responsibilities

Account Management

  • Serve as the key point of contact for assigned retail pharmacy accounts
  • Manage listings, pricing updates, promotional planning, and product performance reviews
  • Ensure planogram compliance and strong product visibility across store formats

Sales & Performance Monitoring

  • Track and analyze weekly sell-in / sell-out performance
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts by account
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-category growth
  • Trade Promotion Coordination

  • Plan and execute trade promotions in collaboration with the marketing team
  • Secure feature spaces, coordinate in-store materials, and ensure timely delivery of stock
  • Monitor effectiveness of promotional campaigns and recommend improvements
  • Retail Relationship Development

  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with buyers and category managers
  • Negotiate commercial terms, new product listings, and campaign participation
  • Understand each account’s needs, KPIs, and growth drivers
  • Internal Coordination & Administration

  • Manage product submissions, documentation, and internal approvals
  • Collaborate with supply chain, regulatory, and finance teams to resolve operational matters
  • Handle returns, credit notes, and stock reconciliations when required
