Requirements

Qualifications :

  • Experience : Minimum 2 year of sales experience in wholesale or related industries.
  • Language required : English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
  • Skills required :  Negotiation Skills, Communication Skills, Product Knowledge, Closing Skills, Interpersonal Skills
  • Education : Diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or related fields is preferred.
  • Skills : Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Ability to build and maintain strong business relationships.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Preferred : Experience in snacks and beverages industry.Knowledge of wholesale distribution channels and market trends.

Responsibilities

Sales and Business Development :

  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing wholesale customers.
  • Identify new business opportunities and sales targets.
  • Promote and sell products to retailers and distributors.

    • Account Management :

  • Provide great customer service and resolve issues quickly.
  • Follow up regularly to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Track and support customer orders for smooth transactions.

    • Negotiation and Sales Process :

  • Negotiate pricing, discounts, and contracts.
  • Prepare and present sales pitches to potential clients.
  • Close deals and ensure timely product delivery.

    • Market Research and Competitor Analysis :

  • Stay updated on market trends and competitors.
  • Share insights on customer preferences with the product team.
