Strong communication with senior finance leaders (CFOs, FDs)

Hands-on with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, automation, analytics)

Proven experience improving processes and workflows

Excellent financial analysis and modeling skills

Experience working remotely across geographies

Remote (Malaysia-based only)

6–8 years in fund operations (VC / PE exposure preferred)

Deep understanding of fund accounting and quarterly close processes

Proficient with AI tools and automation in ops

Strong analytical and operational problem-solving skills

Excellent communication with investors and service providers

Experience working with fund administrators
