As a Senior Manager, Global Customer Services , you will play a pivotal role in defining, implementing, and continuously improving processes and systems to deliver consistent, high-quality, and cost-effective services to our global customers. You will lead a dedicated team to provide expert field service support on advanced Die Bonders and Testers, ensuring we exceed customer expectations.
What you will do :
Define, implement, and improve the processes and systems to deliver consistent, high-quality, and cost-effective services to customers around the world
Lead the service team members to provide field service support on sophisticated Die Bonders and Testers that meet or exceed customer expectations and preferences
Develop and implement strategic plans to improve service efficiency, enhance customer experience, and drive department profitability.
Manage customer service interactions to build and maintain strong, lasting customer relationships.
Manage the team performance and development to cope with company growth
Stay informed on industry trends, market developments, and competitive landscape to maintain a strategic advantage.
What you will need :
Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering disciplines
More than 10 years proven skills and experience in semiconductor equipment maintenance / design with solid experience and knowledge in service delivery and management
Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, problem-solving, decision-making, and project management skills are required
Able to manage the relationships and expectations of customers, stakeholders, and partners
High level of cultural awareness, sensitivity, and adaptability to effectively communicate with colleagues and customers from different regions
Good interpersonal skills and able to deliver results through determination and teamwork across different teams, functions, and locations
Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required due to business communication needs.
Mature, with customer-oriented attitude
High level of assertiveness, enjoy teamwork
Willingness and flexibility to travel frequently as required by the role.
