  • Attend to customers’ feedback professionally in compliance with Eco World’s service standards, offer reasonable alternatives in resolving customers’ feedback. -Assist in the office administration. -Establish proper filing system and keep all correspondence in proper sequence for easy reference. -Assist to perform tasks required in community events / internal team bonding activities. -Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the Management from time to time.
