Overview

The IT Application Support Engineer (Front End Core Systems) is responsible for managing the Branch related systems, Payment Gateway systems, Reporting systems and related interfaced application systems. This role reports to the Team Lead for the Front End Core System team. Other key responsibilities are as detailed below :

Key responsibilities

Application / Systems Support and Development

• To provide support to business applications-related functions such as user requirement study / analysis, system design, applications development, implementation and production support.
• To plan, coordinate and control resources for business applications development and production support.
• Participates in user requirement & feasibility study, evaluation and rmendation of business & technical solutions.
