What You'll Do :

Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Design and implement solutions using BPM tools and Casemanager.

Conduct system testing and validation to ensure optimal performance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes.

Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.

Prepare documentation and reports for project stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For :

Minimum 3 years of experience as a System Analyst in relevant fields.

Proficient in BPM methodologies and tools, specifically Casemanager and Datacap.

Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
