Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in office administration. Fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Good organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin proficiency is a MUST for communication with China HQ

Responsibilities

  • Manage office supply inventory and reorder items as needed.
  • Organize internal meetings, coordinate appointments, and maintain proper filing systems (both physical and digital).
  • Liaise with external vendors, service providers, and government departments when necessary.
  • Support HR, finance, or operations team with ad-hoc tasks such as claims, timesheet updates, or invoice processing.
  • Handle general office correspondence, courier services, and incoming phone or email enquiries.
  • Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
