Account Assistant

Penerangan pekerjaanAssist in the preparation of financial reports and statements. Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and timely. Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial data. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation. Assist with monthly and year-end closing procedures. Support the finance team with administrative tasks and data entry. Utilize Microsoft Excel to create spreadsheets and analyze financial data. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders regarding financial matters. Annual Leave Medical Leave SOCSO
Requirements
- Possess a Secondary / SPM / 'O' Level certificate.
- Entry-level position; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data entry, analysis, and reporting tasks.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken, for effective communication with colleagues and clients.
- Ability to work independently and remotely, managing time effectively to meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles and procedures is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new accounting software and systems.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to maintain accurate records.
- Must be residing in Skudai or be able to commute to Skudai if required for occasional on-site meetings or training.
